Yesterday saw the official end to a highly unusual term for the school and all schools across the country. I would like to wish all in our school community a pleasant Easter break. Even in this time of emergency we should all try to switch off, relax and recharge.
Communication
As staff are now on holiday emails to the school enquiry address will not be read at this time. Any questions about home digital learning or SQA arrangements should wait until after the break. Any enquiries of an urgent matter should be addressed to Renfrewshire Council on 000 300 0170.
SQA
SQA released an update statement yesterday evening, which can be accessed here: https://www.sqa.org.uk/sqa/93777.html
They have issued a guidance document for learners, parents and carers: 020420-SQA-NQ2020-Parent-Carer-covid-19-FAQ

All our young people and families can be assured that the staff of Renfrew High will do all we can, in a professional and positive manner, to ensure our learners achieve what they deserve in August. We will be in touch with S4-6 pupils and parents again after the Easter holiday.
Assembly
We were obviously unable to celebrate assembly at the end of this term, however my senior leadership team have recorded some messages for our pupils and the video can be accessed here.
Best wishes everyone and happy Easter when it comes.
